Originally from Pottstown, Dr. Torrens decided to venture south to pursue her BS in Biology at Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia. She then moved to the Volunteer state to obtain her DVM from the University of Tennessee. While she appreciated the warmer weather of the south, she decided to move back home to Pennsylvania. Dr. Torrens's most favorite aspects of veterinary medicine include behavior, soft tissue surgery, and geriatric care. She especially enjoys making visits to the vet a stress-free and happy experience for pets and their people alike.
Dr. Torrens has three dogs and two cats. In her spare time, she loves exploring nature, whether it be running, hiking, or walking her dogs, and spending time with her family.
